Just scrolling down, it's not just the names of the teams we've beaten, it's the coaches too. Floyd, Self, Pittino, Calhoun (Williams?). Pretty damn good coaches Izzo and his troops have beaten.
And this is revenge not only for this year's loss, but for 2005. For Anderson, Davis, Torbert, and Hill. They took a lead into halftime against UNC in the Final Four and got smoked out of the gym the second half. Not this year. Not in Detroit. Let's beat these fuckers.
UNC has had our number lately. I am glad we lost to them earlier this year, because it's difficult to beat a good team twice! I love the rematch in the same building!
I'm so excited that I'm going to have a hard time falling asleep.
It's been a hell of a ride getting here.
