24- Season 7

January 2009!!! It's officially back:

Now I have to say I have forgotten virtually everything from the last season, so I am fuzzy on so many things. Tony?!?! I thought he died...

There is also going to be a two-hour 24 "movie"on November 23rd called "24-The Exile". It is supposed to bridge the gap between last season and this season. I would call that must-watch TV in order for me to pick up where I left off with season 6, which seems sooooooo long ago.

Welcome back, Jack.

Hi, I’m Keifer Sutherland. Remember that show that you watched in 2007 and liked in 2006? You know, 24? No, we weren’t cancelled. We’re actually going to be back in 2009 with our biggest season yet. Jack will be punished for torturing people – for 10 minutes. He’ll probably “go rogue” about 5 times this year. Oh, and we made a mistake for killing Tony, so we’re bringing him back. Forget that you saw him flat line on a hospital bed. This season will be unlike any season before. Except for the “CTU agent betrayal” storyline from seasons seasons 1, 4, 5, and 6 or the “government systems infiltrations”. Don’t miss the 2 hour premiere on Fox!

You’ll have to forgive my lack of enthusiasm for 24 these days. I will still watch and I do hope they mix things up this season.

Oh after seeing the preview I was less than enthused as well. I don't blame you. It seems like a mix-and-match of all previous story lines from the past six seasons. Boo to that. I'm hoping there's something fresh in it, but I'm not holding my breath. This could be it for the show...

I, like you, will watch it though. I'm too much of a fan not to. And I will always love Jack, even if he tortures suspects, goes rogue, and betrays the people he works for...again...and again...and again...

I have never forgiven 24 for killing Palmer and Michelle. So I don't care if it doesn't make sense, I'm glad to see Tony.

And I don't really need to see "fresh" story lines. They would be welcomed, (assuming they were good) but really, I just want to see Jack shoot a bunch of people.
