I am so sick of these amateur sports stories about sportsmanship! I feel like every other week I'm reading about some team whooping up on another by some ridiculous margin, and the losing team taking offense and feeling like the winning team was being unsportsmanlike in their thorough domination of them.

Well you know what, losing teams? Fuck you. You don't want to get beat 100-0 and look like fools, well then play better. Work harder. Practice longer. If all that doesn't work, instead of crying like little bitches, why don't you just not play. Grow a damn pair and take your loss like a man you fucking whiny pricks. Jesus Christ!

The latest is from a school in Florida. A team got beat 83-0, and the losing team's parents and fans felt "embarrassed". Well no shit, I would be too if I lost 83-0.

But don't take it out on the winning team. God, just stop it already. There was a running clock the second half, they scored three TDs on returns, one on a blocked punt, and ran the ball all but one play in the second half- with their backups. Nobody was trying to embarrass you! You just suck that bad.

I just think it's really unfair that these coaches on the winning side get so much heat for a tremendous performance by their team. Instead of being lauded, they are being criticized. It would be one thing if they went all 2007 New England Patriots on teams (running up scores with less than two minutes to go with all your starters in), but these teams are not. They are just playing the game.

Sometimes I feel like they just want the team that's up fifty to just take knees. Or dribble the ball across half-court and just let the shot clock expire. They want teams to essentially stop playing the game the way it's supposed to be played. If you run a conservative offense with your backups in...and still put up points...well that's too fucking bad for the opposition.

So fuck you losing schools. You're embarrassed, and with all the whining and crying you do, you should be.
