Alright, so I lost week one in fantasy to Grace. Not a big deal and not the end of the world. I've lost plenty of times, so I'm used to the feeling.
But never in my four years of playing have I had this feeling. The amount of injuries my team has accrued over one week is driving me up the wall. I can't even make it to the second game of the fantasy season without stressing about replacements.
Today, it was Marques Colston. Gone for 4-6 weeks. So let me recap. And this is just my team!
WR- Marques Colston (finger, 4-6 weeks)
TE- Dallas Clark (out indefinitely...he could be dead for all I know)
RB- Marion Barber (bruised ribs...questionable for Monday)
QB- Ben Roethlisberger (bruised shoulder, left game early past Sunday, probable for Sunday)
WR- Nate Burleson (out for the year, no longer on my team...)
Couple that with Braylon coming off an injury and Marshall being suspended, and my team feels like a train wreck already.
One guy goes down, okay, but one every single day...uggggh. Perhaps I'm just jinxed this year. Every player I touches goes down.
Chad Pennington, you are a dead man walking.

I think Barber and Rothlisberger will play. But yeah, that does suck. Just be thankful you don't have Brady though, I think that trumps everything.
Yeah I just found out Roethlisberger is going to play today...just sucks with his shoulder because he has a great matchup but they'll probably run it and play it safe.
I am worried about the amount Barber will play...oye...

Hmm - where did they come from? This is where you can prove how good of a fantasy player you are - who can you find to fill those holes? What deals can you swing?
I better watch what I say because any one of us can be in the same boat next week.
Well I'm not doing anything to fill Colston's hole...I'll live with Edwards, Marshall, and Driver. There are worse receiving corps to have than that, although throwing Colston into that mix would have been nice.
As for Barber, I'm not going to panic...yet. I read today he practice full contact without any extra protection on his ribs (aka, he's fine). So that's making me feel better.
And no regrets making that trade...yet. Barber was 4th in RB scoring last week, and only played a little over a half. Satisfied? You bet.
So no moves, just going to ride it out and see what happens.
